Our Story
Established in 2005, Capitis Partners has grown quickly and built an impressive
reputation based on the delivery of robust, quality-driven recruitment services.
We are now recognised as an established key supplier within our core markets -
working with over 350 organisations in Banking & Financial Services, Telecoms,
Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences and Not for Profit.
Our Focus
Is the provision of Permanent & Contract Technology recruitment, introducing
candidates from the worlds of Software Development, Infrastructure, Data &
BI, ERP, & Interim Management to clients in the BeNeLux, Germany, Switzerland
& Austria, & The Nordics.
Our Approach
We work with our customers to define their needs. We look at the business strategy,
what's needed to deliver it, and then conduct a robust analysis of potential routes
forward, using established project management techniques, and structured interviews
with all stakeholders. We then agree a bespoke recruiting plan targeting competitor
organisations for the right blend of commercial experience as well as the necessary
technical qualifications. The outcome is a requirement that meets the business'
needs, along with an objective 'roadmap' that will deliver against it. For Contracting
we offer clients access to our "Virtual Bench" of highly skilled contractors.
This hourly updated resource lets us provide our clients with the right contractor,
in the right place, at the right time.
